During inbound and outbound telephony interactions processed by VoiceEngine CRM, acoustic voice streams are translated into text via isolated, single-tenant automated speech recognition (ASR) pipelines. Audio streams are encrypted at rest utilizing AES-256 and transmitted under TLS 1.3 cryptographic encapsulation. Voice tokens are stripped of persistent biometric identity signatures within 300 milliseconds of transcription generation.
Acoustic audio payloads are never retained for generalized multi-customer machine learning training without affirmative, written enterprise tenant execution. Transcribed text artifacts remain the exclusive proprietary property of the customer organization.
Our reputation monitoring subsystem queries authorized third-party review platforms and customer feedback channels strictly to compile organizational sentiment indices. Reviewer identities, star ratings, and published customer remarks are processed solely for alerting and analytics dashboards authorized directly by your enterprise administrator.
Under no circumstance are third-party reviewers cross-indexed against external marketing databases, nor are automated outreach workflows initiated toward reviewers without prior, verifiable consumer consent logs recorded in our compliance register.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services (e.g., customer service) is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Where data sharing occurs with vetted technical subcontractors performing critical support services (such as tier-3 customer resolution, telecom routing gateway maintenance, and encrypted server hosting), such providers operate under signed Data Processing Addendums (DPAs) requiring adherence to SOC 2 Type II controls.
Support service subcontractors are strictly barred from using customer metadata, audio recordings, or messaging transcripts for secondary analysis, model aggregation, or external service monetization. Access tokens granted to vendor technicians expire automatically upon ticket resolution.
In strict adherence to carrier compliance standards and 10DLC campaign ecosystem rules, mobile numbers acquired via inbound keyword triggers, website contact forms, or verified client intake workflows maintain immutable originator isolation. Opt-in authorization records remain bound to the precise company profile to which the consumer granted explicit permission.
Originator opt-in verification records are completely walled off from affiliate networks, partner marketing organizations, and external brokers. Consent is non-transferable under any corporate merger, restructuring, or asset disposition program.
